Anne’s passion lies in the combination of nutrition, health, innovation and value creation. As a junior business developer she is involved in setting up new initiatives to create more value from vegetable flows in particular (including residual flows!) and to establish the relationship with healthy food.
“The relationship between nutrition and health has always aroused my interest. How can you keep your health optimal with the right nutrition and can you develop foods that contribute to this? Food is also linked to values such as conviviality (cooking together and food), emotions and culture. Growing and producing food is also strongly linked to our economy. I like to work on the question ‘how can you create more value with innovations and new business models?'”
