With a great passion for international food production, Dominique completed the International Food and Agribusiness course at the HAS University of Applied Sciences two years ago. At Food Tech Brainport, Dominique focuses on collaborations with research and educational institutions.
“As a young professional, I have a great passion for innovations in the agri-food sector and food industry and I would like to contribute to a transition in the food system. I think valorising residual flows and reducing food waste are very important themes. In my position as education coordinator at Food Tech Brainport I have the opportunity to make the connection between education, research and issues from the business world. I like to see how these different parties come together and how we as Food Tech Brainport can contribute to the solution, and thus contribute to the above themes. That gives me great satisfaction in my work!”
