Without waste, healthy food for everyone. That is what we stand for as Food Tech Brainport (FTB). The step towards more plant-based products is one of our pillars. We do not work on this alone, we do this together with entrepreneurs. By taking concrete steps to tackle their challenges. To get a good idea of what is going on in the “vegan market” and what challenges entrepreneurs face, we invite partners who are active in the meat replacement food industry for a dinner to get acquainted without any further obligations.
