The HAS University of Applied Sciences and Food Tech Brainport joined forces (2019) to develop an Application Center for Sustainable Food Processing (ACSF processing) with focus on mild preservation and mild separation.
The ACSF processing focuses on applied research and valorisation of energy efficient, minimal impact food processing technologies like High Pressure Pascalisation, Radio Magnetic Freezing, Pulsed Electric Fields, membrane separation and Agitated Thin Film Drying.
