DIL stands for Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnologie e.v. DIL is the German institute for food technologies and every day paves the way for new innovations within the sector. With more than 175 member companies and 200 employees, DIL functions as a research institute. This in the field of food technology, analysis, sustainability and food data. They also form a bridge between science and practice and support partners in the innovation process. The Institute’s competencies and technical capabilities span the full range of food technologies.
