October 16 is World Food Day. A day where extra attention is paid to the world behind our daily food. Food Tech Brainport is happy to contribute, and that is why we give lectures during Youth World Food Day. This is a festival organized for young professionals.

Together with young professionals, we are looking for solutions to global food challenges. During the lectures, we discuss food waste with youngsters and take them into the world of (technological) innovation to reduce food waste.

This is how we are working on a future-proof food system!
