On February 11th, the PEF webinar took place which was organized by Food Tech Brainport and Bodec in collaboration with ELEA GmbH and Vertec. PEF stands for Pulsed Electrid Field and is a mild technology that can be used for preservation and the unlocking of ingredients. During the webinar we've explained what PEF is, what possible applications there are and what possibilities there are for your business.
